Horizons Adventures Registration Information

You can register for programs in the following ways.

• Register online with the BOOK NOW button on the trip page you wish to register for.
• Register over the phone.  Credit Cards accepted or reserve your spot and send an E-transfer or (last choice) a cheque
• Early Bird Prices will now be available for 2025 season until March 1st. A minimum non-refundable 30% deposit will be required  when registering for any program. Registration must be paid in full by March 1st to qualify for the Early Bird rate.
• Bring your own kayak discount– is available for most trips and can be accessed at the time of registration. By bringing your own kayak you save the rental fee which would otherwise be added to the registration adult price for some Category 2 and all Category 3 trips. Category 1 and some of category 2 trips include the kayak rental cost in the registration price.
• Cancellation Policy: If we are unable to accept your application a full refund will be issued. Customer cancellations up to six weeks before the program start date will be fully refunded.  Cancellation after that time may incur a 30% administration fee. No refunds will be issued within 4 weeks of the program start date.  Refunds are not issued if participant withdraws from an ongoing program early. HORIZONS reserves the right to cancel registration without reason. In such a case a full refund would be given.
